WELL SAID led the pack this week, with his daughters continuing to perform across the country - headlined of course by SPEAK NO EVIL who took two legs of the Elizabeth Clarke Mares Triple Crown when she won the Group 1 Queen of the Pacific at Tabcorp Park Melton in a race record of 1:55.6 while over in the west, Arma Indie continued to winning ways at Gloucester Park.
It was also a good weekend for FOUR STARZZZ SHARK with four winners including the third in a row for 2YO colt Watch And Weep (Dubbo), Invisible Girl (Methven), 3YO filly Sheza Runny (Shepparton) and old master Beef City Starzzz (Redcliffe).
A ROCKNROLL HANOVER double was completed wtih Shannonstheman notching up his tenth win at Newcastle and Rocknroll Whitby his 18th at Gloucester Park. The grand sire now has progeny earnings in Australia at over $10.1M - that's an average of $50,900 each!
Doubles also for CAPTAINTREACHEROUS (La Cabeza Gem by 13.6m & Call Me Diva, both at Newcastle) and HESTON BLUE CHIP (3YO Blue Chip Adda at Gloucester Park & 2YO A Chip Of Impala at Newcastle).
SOMEBEACHSOMEWHERE continued his domination with six winners across the weekend - 3YO Giddy Heights by 13.6m in 1:55.3 at Newcastle, 2YO No Motive in 1:55 at Geelong, Ima Top Tycoon yet again at Albion Park in 1:53.8, Match In Heaven in 1:54.8 at Tabcorp Park Menangle, Scotlyn Beach (Launceston) & Sameplace Sametime at Narrogin.
