A big week for CAPTAINTREACHEROUS, represented by Keayang Tokyo (bred by Marg Lee) who clocked a 1:53.6 FFA win at Melton to bump his bank up to $133,000, Newcastle double Faye Irene (Mathew Day) in a Ladyship Pace and two-year-old Grumpyshannon (Jonathon McAlister) in 1:55.3 for his third win, and at Albion Park, Master Charles (J & L Wallace) in 1:51.7 to top up $125,000 in earnings. Mare Treacherous Baby surged past the $238,000 mark with her Addington win, Captain Tom (Durham Park) clocked 1:53.7 at Wagga for $91,000 in stakes, and at Ballarat, Captain Wilson (B & M Gourley and V McFarlane) went 1:54.7 to bring up $92,000.
TALL DARK STRANGER registered yet another two-year-old winner when Gentlemans Promise (R Hall, R Waddell & K Keys) saluted at Gloucester Park.

BULLDOG HANOVER‘s colt Windor (1:51.2) was a $159,000 division Champlain Stakes winner at Woodbine Mohawk Park, as was CAPTAINTREACHEROUS filly Fabulous Hanover (1:52.0), while Ayeaye Captain Deo (1:50.1) claimed a $79,000 Simcoe Stakes division. At Scioto Downs it was CAPTAIN son Ervin Hanover who boosted his record with a near track record of 1:47.2 in the $250,000 Jim Ewart Memorial.
Of our past roster, SOMEBEACHSOMEWHERE was well represented with Bay of Biscay claiming the $2m The Eureka at Menangle and Ripp taking the Great Northern FFA. He also had The Talk, Hillview Bondi, Loyola Spiaggia and Marranzano on the winners list. BETTING LINE secured Saint Veran, Our George Boston, Credulous, Betting Star, Deebo, Big Black Betty, Line Up Jacquie, Butter Cup and Sapphire Gambler, while WESTERN TERROR had Cordeo, Borsellino, Madame West and Blues Terror.
