Empire Stallions is very pleased to announce that both CAPTAINTREACHEROUS and STAY HUNGRY are registered as New South Wales stallions, effective for the current breeding season. Their frozen semen is now stored at and will be distributed from a facility in New South Wales meeting the requirements for NSW stallion residency. Relocating their frozen semen to NSW will offer breeders great new racing opportunities as well as affording many breeders the option of dual state eligibility.
CAPTAINTREACHEROUS’ and STAY HUNGRY’s progeny, beginning with mares served during the 2026-27 breeding season, will be eligible to the NSW Breeders Challenge, Breeders Crown, Bathurst Gold Crown and NSW Breeders Challenge Bonuses (owner and breeder).
