New STAY HUNGRY two-year-old filly Pretty Privilege (bred by Marissa Dimarco) is another fine example of her sire’s trademark toughness, taking two wins in four days – breaking her maiden at Newcastle and backing up to salute at Penrith later in the week! Fasting (B & V Hancock and M Allamby) also continued on his merry way, claiming yet another victory at Menangle, in 1:51.9 to make it three in a row and over $60,000 in stakes.
And he’s not done yet! CAPTAINTREACHEROUS just keeps producing, with new two-year-old winner Teerdee (Bruce & Craig Cameron) in the money at Kilmore, while at Penrith three-year-old Captains Delight (B Settree & S Caffryn) took win number three to take her bank past $30,000 – all of the threes…
In North America, Captain Arturovico (1:48.4) claimed a leg of the Kentuck Sires Stakes at The Red Mile, while at The Meadows, CAPTAIN filly Love Somebody took another win, posting 1:52.2 to take a $40,000 division of the Keystone Classic Division, while STAY HUNGRY quinellaed the colts’ $69,000 race with Hungry Marco in 1:51.4 followed in by Atomix Hanover.
BETTING LINE took a treble in a quiet week for him – I Bet You, Terragong Swinger & Give Fred A Clap – while WELL SAID was represented by Dooo Don’t Think.
