Soon after Tokyo Rose (Richard Cornelius) smashed the Ladyship field by 8m with her 1:49.2 salute. Other progeny hitting big bucks were Spirit King (Peter & Craig Judd) in 1:54 for $135,000 at Newcastle, Franco Encore (Spreydon Lodge) in 1:54.3 for $122,000 at Gloucester Park, and Captain Bellasario (late John Munnerley) in 1:51.6 for $205,000 at Menangle.
Keayang Jigsaw (Levarg Racing Group) hit 1:55.2 at Wagga, Just A Cool Dude (Solid Earth) was in by 11m at Albion Park, Captain Cheddar (Michael Boots) notched another win at Burnie, and in Addington three-year-old Treacherous Dreams (Malcolm & Sandra Little) took his bank to $53,000.
STAY HUNGRY had a new winner on debut with filly Keayang Passion (Marg Lee) taking her debut performance at Ararat while at Albion Park, Zeezeezoom (T & K Norrish) clocked 1:55 to take her second win.
